NAPS is a Government of India initiative that promotes apprenticeship training and reduces the industry’s training cost.

Key Features of NAPS:
- Apprentices are not considered regular employees
- PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave Encashment – Not Applicable
- Minimum wages are not applicable; only stipend is paid
